Welcome to LovableLaunch ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of apps, descriptions, images, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and promote it within the Service and related marketing channels (such as the weekly digest and social posts).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content;
  • Manipulate upvotes, rankings, or featured placements through fake accounts or automation;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service;
  • Use the Service to send spam or harass other users.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Featured Placements & Payments

Featured placements are paid promotional slots processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable once the placement date has begun, except where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or remove featured content that violates these Terms.

5. Submissions & Moderation

App submissions are reviewed by our team. We may approve, reject, or request changes at our discretion. Approval does not constitute endorsement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and aggregated data, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. "LovableLaunch" and our logos are our trademarks.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD 100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
